All Orders to Australia, New Zealand and the Asia Pacific Region are supplied and 
supported by Vario Helicopter Australia C/- Helicopter Connections ex- Melbourne. 
All goods remain the property of Vario Helicopter Australia until paid for in full.

Disclaimer
Although every effort has been made to ensure that the information on this site is 
correct we cannot guarantee there are no inaccuracies. We will endeavour to correct 
anything brought to our attention.
Should an item be inadvertently described incorrectly the consumer will be entitled 
to a full refund (including postage costs) on the return of the goods after prior 
arrangement. 
Occasionally where an illustration of the model is not available we have used a 
photograph of the full-sized helicopter etc. We hope you enjoy what you see and 
find the contents of our web site useful. All prices are shown in Australian 
Dollars excluding GST.  GST will be added to all orders that are to be delivered 
in Australia. 
 
Ordering
Although we retain a very comprehensive stock we can not guarantee that every item
shown and listed is always ex stock due to varying demand and supply. Out of stock 
goods will be back ordered and sent as soon as possible on receipt of new stock.

Cancelling orders after despatch is not allowed
No Refund or exchange is allowed. However under certain circumstances exchange will be 
allowed within 7 days after the day you take receipt of goods. You must notify us within 
this time that you wish to exchange and state the reason. We will then notify you if 
the exchange is accepted, in which case you are required to take good care of the goods 
and return them to us in their original packaging at your own cost within 30 days. 
These rights are in addition to those relating to faulty or misdescribed goods.

Despatch
Shipping charges are calculated upon packaging of goods, due to the diversity of sizes 
an areas we supply to. The cost will be added to the total and would be charged to 
accordingly. If you require a confirmation of shipping charges prior to shipment, 
please state so when you place your order.
All orders are carefully packed in our separate Mail Order dispatch department but 
in the rare event if you have reason to believe that damage may have occurred in 
transit. We must be notified as soon as practicable after the damage is discovered. 
If telephoning, ask for despatch, this will expedite any enquiry re your order. If 
the damage is obvious on receipt of the package please mark the carriers docket as 
damaged and try to retain the packing material as on occasion the carriers will wish 
to see this.

Catalogue and price lists
At the time of going to press the catalogue is correct in terms of technical content 
and availability. We accept no liability for printing errors. We reserve the right to 
introduce modifications, make technical improvements and alter colours. Terms of 
availability may change.
The quantities stated in the price list refer to the number of items per pack. 
Recommended retail prices are exclusive of GST and are stated in AUD$. All transactions 
are based at Melbourne and are subject to our terms of delivery and payment. 

Safety Note
If you experience problems in building or repairing your model helicopter, or are 
uncertain about any procedure please contact us by email or phone/fax us. It is 
always better to do this before you build or fly your model.
You are hereby expressly advised that VARIO Helicopter and Helicopter Connections 
assume no responsibility what so ever to the building and operation of your helicopter. 
You are hereby also expressly advised that operating a model helicopter which has 
been improperly assembled involves a grave risk of personal injury and damage to 
property. As the owner & builder, you build and fly your helicopter at your own risk, 
you agree to accept all consequences and you agree that you do so on your own risk .
